The role of fathers in parenting for gender equality
Fabian, father of 3, talks about the positive parenting skills he has learned and the positive effect it has had on his family.

In Ecuador, we stand with girls so they can be safe, break down barriers and lead change because equality for girls drives progress everyone.
Today, too many girls face violence, teenage pregnancy and limited opportunities to shape their own futures. The world is failing girls. We won’t. Girls are raising their voices and leading, and Plan International is here for this moment.
Together with girls, their communities, and allies we support every part of their lives, helping them stay in school, stay safe from violence and transform their communities. Because when girls lead, communities rise.
We won’t stop until we are all equal.
