The world is failing girls — but we won’t. In more than 80 countries, we stand alongside girls and the communities around them to tear down barriers, protect rights and drive lasting change. From long‑term development work to rapid humanitarian response, we show up wherever girls face the greatest risks and the fewest choices.
Our strength lies in our deep, local presence. We work with communities, partners and girl‑led movements to support every part of a girl’s world — staying, listening and adapting through every stage of her life. This global network allows us to act quickly in crisis, challenge injustice and support girls to lead change in their own countries.
